How It Works

We attract high-calibre clients because we promise high-calibre talent. To fulfill this promise, we require our candidates to go through a rigorous screening process with Kupa. Passing this process will put you in a top-tier talent pool and open up competitive cross-border remote opportunities to transform your career.

  • Register your interest in joining our talent pool. When we have a role that could be a match for you, we will invite you to apply.

  • If your initial application is successful, we will invite you for a behavioural interview with one of our team members. We will assess your motivations, career choices, growth mindset, and communication style.

    If at any point you are unsuccessful, we will communicate this to you.

    You can expect up of two behavioural interviews with the team.

  • You can expect a live case study to test your problem-solving and technical abilities. We will send you a practice test before your interview. We are here to set you up for success!

  • We assess your problem-solving abilities throughout the interview process. Some roles will require us to assign an additional case study focused on solving a business problem that is contextual for the client.

    As always, we are here to prepare you for success, and will ensure you are equipped with the tools and information required to ace this!

  • Following successful interviews, we introduce you to our client network, who may conduct further assessments.

    We have your back and assist you throughout. The types of placements will vary according to your availability and the client’s needs.

  • Upon accepting the offer, our support extends to guiding you through the onboarding process with your new employer, facilitating a seamless transition into your new position.
