Our approach goes beyond assessing exisiting experience and skills (traditionally known as “experience-based hiring” and “skills-based hiring”). It also considers a candidate's ability to grow and excel within a dynamic work environment.

We assess technical skills through a case study tailored to the role, co-designed with the client to reflect real-world tasks. We encourage clients to conduct the case study within a reasonable timeframe to assess the quality of a candidate’s output.
